About the Acquisitions Associate Opportunity

For more than a decade, they’ve been transforming properties and revitalizing neighborhoods. Now, they’re scaling their acquisitions team—and they want a high-energy Acquisitions Associate to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do
Respond lightning-fast to inbound seller leads—speed is key.
Build trust quickly, uncover true seller motivation, and deliver offers built on win-win outcomes.
Conduct property and market analyses to structure compelling deals.
Navigate objections with finesse and close profitable contracts.
Record all activity accurately in CRM, enabling seamless handoffs to the acquisitions team.
Work from their Woodbridge office and travel across the GTA for home appointments.

Compensation & Schedule
Base salary + commission | $100K+ potential
On-site at Woodbridge office, with regional travel across the GTA
Flexible schedule (nights/weekends included)
