Overview
We are seeking a self-driven, curious, and resourceful AI Tools & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows across our organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who can leverage existing platforms like n8n, Zapier, and Make while also learning to build deeper technical integrations with APIs and code. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment that values experimentation, self-learning, and ownership—turning ideas into reliable automations that drive efficiency across all departments.

Responsibilities
Workflow Development
Build and maintain automations using no-code/low-code platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make).
Integrate AI models such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Claude into business processes.
Connect tools across Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Technical Integrations
Develop custom scripts (Python or JavaScript) to extend automations.
Build and maintain API integrations with internal and external systems.
Ensure workflows are scalable, reliable, and secure.
AI Tools Innovation
Research and test emerging AI tools; evaluate business applications.
Develop internal “AI agents” for task automation and knowledge management.
Identify high-impact areas for automation across departments.
Documentation & Training
Document workflows, processes, and best practices.
Provide light training or playbooks so non-technical staff can leverage AI tools.
Qualifications
Strong interest in AI, automation, and process design.
Comfort with self-learning and working under minimal supervision.
Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Make).
Familiarity with APIs and ability to build basic integrations.
Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript (or willingness to learn quickly).
Curiosity to explore AI frameworks (LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
