About the Opportunity
Axe Recruiting is working to find a Channel Sales leader for a fast-growing Canadian manufacturer known for high-quality industrial equipment trusted across aerospace maintenance, wastewater infrastructure, and logistics operations.

This is not a corporate role with layers of management — it’s a builder’s seat. You’ll own the North American channel sales strategy and be responsible for finding, onboarding, and enabling high-performing channel partners. You’ll report directly to decision-makers and have the freedom to operate.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Develop and execute the North American channel strategy targeting dealers, resellers, and B2B partners 
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new channel accounts 
  • Train partner sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and sales enablement tools 
  • Set and manage revenue targets, track metrics, and report on partner performance 
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, partner meetings, and industry events 
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service to ensure alignment and delivery 

Target Customers Include

  • Aerospace maintenance operations 
  • Wastewater and utilities contractors 
  • Heavy equipment rental and repair providers 
  • Industrial service companies 
  • Infrastructure and construction support partners 

Ideal Channel Sales Profile

  • 5–10 years’ experience in channel sales, territory management, or business development 
  • Track record of building partnerships — not just maintaining inherited accounts 
  • Knowledge of capital equipment, technical sales, and long-cycle B2B selling 
  • Comfortable in a lean environment with high autonomy and direct accountability 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner engagement skills 
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% across Ontario and surrounding regions 

Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary: $80,000 CAD 
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $160,000 CAD+ (commission-based upside)
