Position Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will provide comprehensive human resources support and services, including payroll and benefits management, recruitment efforts, performance evaluations, and daily HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws across various states in the USA, along with experience in startups, high-tech, or blockchain companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Support and Services:

   – Administer payroll and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

   – Perform payroll calculations, including wage taxes.

   – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws across different states in the USA.

  1. Recruitment Support:

   – Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

   – Draft employment contracts and manage offboarding procedures.

   – Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records, supporting the company’s talent acquisition goals.

  1. Performance Evaluation:

   – Establish and maintain assessment and reward systems to evaluate team members’ work performance.

   – Provide regular feedback to employees and support their professional development.

  1. Collaboration and Daily Operations:

   – Collaborate closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth HR operations.

   – Execute tasks and projects as assigned by superiors, supporting the overall HR strategy.

   – Provide administrative support to the HR team, contributing to a cohesive and motivated work environment.


  1. Educational Background:

   – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  1. Experience:

   – Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR roles.

   – Preferred experience in startups, high-tech, well-known tech companies, or blockchain companies.

  1. Skills:

   – Strong understanding of labor laws across different states in the USA.

   – Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

   – Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.

   – Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  1. Technical Proficiency:

   – Familiarity with HR software and tools.

   – Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
