Inside Account Executive

Our client is a leading global provider of asset tracking and fleet management software. Their comprehensive and feature-rich web portal allows businesses to monitor all vehicle movements, providing detailed diagnostics such as fuel levels, temperatures, speed, and instances of harsh braking and acceleration. The dispatch module enhances operational efficiency by sending stops directly from the web portal to drivers’ smartphones via a dedicated app.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source new sales opportunities as an Inside Account Executive through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Close sales and consistently achieve quarterly quotas as an Inside Account Executive.
• Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand a robust database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
• Deliver effective online demonstrations to potential clients.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales with a successful track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong phone presence with a demonstrated ability to make numerous calls per day.
• Proficiency with corporate productivity tools and web presentation software.
• Experience working with online CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• A background in the technical or transportation industry is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as an Inside Account Executive or in prospecting.
• A college degree is preferred.
