Position Overview:
We are seeking two Jewelry Sales Representatives for a family-owned high-end jewelry retailer in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles who are passionate about fine jewelry, customer service, and career growth. This position offers an hourly wage of $24–$26/hour plus commissions, along with extensive opportunities for advancement within a supportive and collaborative team.

About the Role:
As a Jewelry Sales Representative, you will be the face of a trusted family-owned brand, delivering personalized service to a discerning clientele. You will provide expert advice on fine jewelry and luxury watches, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a store culture rooted in quality, trust, and elegance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Clients: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional shopping experience, tailoring interactions to meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the integrity of the customer experience.
  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and luxury timepieces to confidently guide clients in their purchasing decisions.
  • Build Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty by building long-term client relationships, including follow-ups and personalized outreach.
  • Support Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory management, and contribute to a polished and inviting store environment.
  • Career Growth: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of gemology, sales strategies, and the luxury retail market.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Jewelry: Genuine interest in fine jewelry, gemstones, and luxury timepieces.
  • Professional Appearance: Impeccable grooming and presentation.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background or training in gemology or watch sales is a plus.
