Role Overview:
Your primary focus as a Marketing Associate in Partnership & Communications includes:
- 75% – Partnership outreach, development, and communications campaign execution
- 25% – Strategic input and project implementation
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor both owned and external channels for brand sentiment analysis; actively manage community engagement and brand reputation.
- Conceptualize and pitch innovative communications campaign ideas aligned with key content pillars (Demand Generation, Conversion, Advocacy & Ambassadorship), including short-form graphics, video, vlogs, and mini docuseries.
- Conduct daily monitoring and reporting of relevant sector-specific current events.
- Stay informed on socio-political, cultural, and macroeconomic trends, advising internal teams accordingly.
- Manage and drive PR and external media engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and through various media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Create engaging content assets, offering creative direction, copywriting, design, video/audio editing, and leveraging user-generated content.
- Develop and distribute press releases and coordinate media training for executive and provider teams.
- Prepare talking points and speeches, conduct research for media engagements, and craft interview narratives for executives and providers.
- Build and manage partnership pipelines for thought leadership, preparing strategic materials such as pitch decks and one-pagers.
- Conduct persona research, competitive analysis, and support in building executive and founder brand strategies.
- Provide flexible support across various marketing and communications verticals, including social media, growth initiatives, PR, operations, and strategy.
Marketing Associate Profile:

You manage multiple deadlines effectively, embrace ambiguity, and know when to take initiative or seek guidance. Above all, your passion for mental healthcare motivates you to produce meaningful and thoughtful work.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing and copyediting skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Webflow, Hubspot) and proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
- Proven organizational skills and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator with solid collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
- Prior experience or understanding of the healthcare, mental health, or wellness sectors (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and Beehiiv
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or equivalent content creation tools (preferred)
- Existing network of media contacts or journalists (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, creative communications, or relevant roles
