Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional with a passion for real estate? We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract potential clients, and drive business growth. Your expertise in digital and traditional marketing, coupled with exceptional leadership skills, will be essential in delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate services and properties.
  • Brand Management: Enhance the company’s brand presence through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing to drive online traffic and engagement.
  • Traditional Marketing: Manage traditional marketing efforts such as print advertising, events, sponsorships, and public relations to reach a broader audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Market Research:¬†Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with a variety of cultural nuances, particularly due to the nature of Dubai being home to 80% expatriates from multinationals.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
