Position Overview: Join our client’s team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in comprehensive therapy services across Edison and Piscataway. In this role, you will collaborate with patients to improve their motor skills, cognitive abilities, and adaptive behaviors through personalized treatment plans. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional growth and patient-centered care are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and occupational performance.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing clients’ independence in daily activities.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and educate patients on adaptive techniques and equipment.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical or community-based setting preferred but not required.

Compensation:

  • Fresh Graduates: $75,000-$80,000 annually
  • Experienced Practitioners: $95,000-$100,000 annually
