Outside Sales Representative – Senior Care Services

Base Salary: $60,000 + Residuals + Car Package + Full Benefits

Our client, a rapidly expanding provider of In-Home Senior Care services, is growing its presence in Vaughan and the Greater Toronto Area. They are looking for a sales hunter who can build trust, develop referral networks, and close business in a high-impact industry.

Your Role

  • Own the territory—prospect, nurture, and close deals across Vaughan and the GTA.
  • Leverage your network—develop strong relationships with hospitals, retirement communities, healthcare professionals, and local organizations to drive high-value referrals.
  • Strategically manage leads—understand the seven-touch sales process and build trust over a two-month sales cycle.
  • Drive new business—follow up persistently, overcome objections, and guide clients to the best care solutions.
  • Educate and consult—position senior care services effectively for both referral sources and families.
  • Track and optimize—maintain a detailed CRM, analyze conversion rates, and refine your approach for maximum success.

  • Organized and disciplined—proficient in CRM management, follow-up prioritization, and executing a high-level sales strategy.

The Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional networking events.
  • Location: Vaughan and the GTA—field-based sales role.
  • Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base salary plus residual commissions.
