About Our Client: Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist and specializes in comprehensive outpatient, home care, and senior living services across Northern to Southern New Jersey. They are dedicated to providing individualized rehabilitation plans using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices to enhance patient recovery and independence.
Position Overview: Join our client’s team as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in home care services across Montclair, Edison, and Piscataway. In this role, you will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide compassionate care in patients’ homes. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives within a supportive and innovative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ mobility and functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises and activities to enhance recovery and independence.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards as outlined by state regulations and professional organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in home care or related settings preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Fresh Graduates: $75,000-$80,000 annually
- Experienced Practitioners: $95,000-$100,000 annually
