Axe Recruiting is hiring a Real Estate Dispositions Manager on behalf of a fast-paced, rapidly growing real estate investment company based in Southern Ontario. This organization specializes in acquiring and renovating distressed residential properties to enhance local neighborhoods. Properties are either flipped, held in their rental portfolio, or sold to other investors. With a proven track record since 2014, this client provides innovative solutions to homeowners seeking alternatives to the traditional real estate market.

About the Role

We are seeking a Real Estate Dispositions Manager who will play a pivotal role in the marketing, negotiation, and sale of off-market real estate deals. This position focuses on fostering relationships with investors, growing the client’s buyer network, and facilitating smooth transactions. You will have access to an established marketing system and a robust buyer network to help ensure success.

Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

What You’ll Do

  • Market properties to the organization’s network of investors.
  • Qualify potential buyers and arrange property showings.
  • Negotiate sales and manage property transactions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current and new investors.
  • Grow and maintain the email buyer list to expand brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.

About You

The ideal candidate is a driven, enthusiastic, and personable self-starter with a passion for sales and real estate. While experience in real estate or licensing is an asset, it’s not required. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to work closely with senior leadership in an energetic team environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge of real estate is an asset, though not mandatory.

Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with the ability to partially work from home. The role requires travel to properties across Southern Ontario.
