About the Opportunity

As a Research Analyst, you’ll become part of a collaborative team responsible for transforming large, complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence that helps clients improve performance, identify opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do
As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering valuable market intelligence and business insights to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify meaningful trends and business opportunities.
- Develop industry benchmarks, performance metrics, and analytical reports.
- Support client projects through data collection, validation, and interpretation.
- Transform analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Build executive presentations and client-facing deliverables.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance analytical methodologies and research products.
- Present insights and findings to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive developments within wealth management and financial services.
- Contribute to product enhancements and ongoing innovation initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
We’re interested in professionals who possess:
- 3–5 years of experience in research, business analysis, data analytics, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience working with complex datasets and transforming information into meaningful business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
