Role Overview:
As Social Media Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- 50% – Content creation, creative direction, and community management
- 25% – Strategy development and analytics
- 25% – Art direction, design execution, and trend research
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic social media plans across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook to grow audience engagement and brand reach.
- Lead creation of visually appealing, platform-tailored content with a compelling creative direction that enhances brand presence.
- Provide artistic direction for visual content, maintaining brand identity while encouraging creative innovation.
- Produce standout graphics, videos, and animations that engage audiences in competitive social media environments.
- Manage community interactions, including timely and thoughtful responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Stay ahead of evolving social media trends, adapting strategies to maintain fresh, relevant content.
- Regularly analyze social media metrics, providing insightful performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and clinical teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistency and timely posting.
- Coordinate with influencers and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns for product launches, special events, and awareness initiatives.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for effective social media management, audience engagement, and issue escalation.
- Remain informed and sensitive to mental health-related topics to maintain responsible and empathetic content creation.
Social Media Manager Profile:

Above all, you are passionate about mental healthcare and making a positive impact on others.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts, ideally in healthcare or wellness.
- Proven success in increasing audience growth and engagement through innovative content strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing artistic direction and creative design skills.
- Advanced proficiency in CapCut for video editing.
- Expert-level graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience in developing visually consistent brand identities.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Outstanding copywriting and meticulous editing abilities.
- Proven skill in visual storytelling across various media formats.
- Proficiency in analytics and social media performance reporting.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Understanding of compliance, ethical guidelines, and sensitivities in healthcare communications (preferred).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
