What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you’ll contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle while working alongside experienced technical professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented software following engineering best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and service-oriented applications.
• Collaborate with Product Management to transform business requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in peer code reviews while promoting software quality and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
• Support cloud-based application deployment and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute ideas that improve development processes, software quality, and engineering efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

We’re looking for software professionals who possess:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience developing applications using C# and .NET Core / .NET Framework.
• Experience building web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using React.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Git-based version control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
