Account Executive — Department of Homeland Security

The Mission

Agencies using our client’s blockchain intelligence have seized billions of dollars in illicit proceeds and dismantled networks behind ransomware, narcotics trafficking, and nation-state financial attacks. Their dedicated government division delivers that capability — technology, training, and expert services — to U.S. law enforcement, defense, and national security customers. This role puts those tools in the hands of the Department of Homeland Security: the agencies on the front line of financial crime, border security, and cyber defense.

The Role

You will own the DHS portfolio: HSI, CBP, Secret Service, CISA, and the broader homeland security community. This is consultative, high-touch federal selling — building trusted relationships with mission operators and executives, navigating civilian-agency procurement, and translating blockchain intelligence into case outcomes an investigator can point to.

You’ll have real support behind you: an inside sales layer feeding the top of your funnel, strategic account management and training teams driving adoption after the win, and the market-leading platform in a category where government demand is accelerating.

What You’ll Do

• Own net-new growth across assigned DHS agencies — prospecting, qualifying, and building a durable pipeline
• Meet regularly with mission stakeholders to understand operational requirements and shape blockchain intelligence solutions around them
• Run multi-year federal sales cycles end to end: RFI/RFP responses, proofs of value, sole-source justifications, negotiation, and award
• Work DHS budgeting, appropriations, and procurement timelines to time opportunities to money
• Partner with account management and training so investigators actively close cases with the platform — adoption is what renews and expands
• Build relationships with regional task forces and the homeland security community to keep the pipeline diverse and sustainable
• Craft messaging that speaks to DHS priorities: counter-terrorism, border security, financial crimes, and cyber threats
• Collaborate across the client’s teams to bring technical depth, product roadmap, and training into tailored proposals

What You Bring

• 7+ years of enterprise sales into the federal government — homeland security, federal law enforcement, or the national security community — including direct experience with DHS agencies
• A verifiable record of quota attainment selling SaaS data platforms, investigative software, cyber solutions, intelligence tools, or professional services
• Fluency in federal civilian procurement: contract vehicles, appropriations cycles, and the patience and precision multi-year pursuits demand
• The ability to make complex technical concepts clear to both a field investigator and an executive
• An entrepreneurial, territory-owner mindset — collaborative, action-oriented, comfortable leading cross-functional pursuit teams
• U.S. citizenship required

• Existing relationships within HSI, CBP, CISA, U.S. Secret Service, or the broader homeland security community
• Experience supporting financial crime, counter-threat finance, sanctions enforcement, illicit finance, human trafficking, narcotics, cybercrime, or TCO investigations
• Active security clearance
• Experience with OTAs, BPAs, IDIQs, and innovation procurement pathways
• Partner-led and co-sell motion experience
