We’re representing a long-standing North American medical supply organization with nearly 60 years in the industry. The business is expanding across the U.S., and this territory is being transitioned with a strong foundation already built.

From day one, you participate in revenue that’s already moving.

This is a 1099 structure built for experienced hospital reps who want ownership, autonomy, and direct control over their income — without artificial ceilings or unnecessary layers.

  • Earn on every dollar shipped in your territory from day one

This is built for someone who understands how to operate and grow a territory, not just maintain one.


THE ROLE

You are the primary commercial owner of the Mid-Atlantic territory, responsible for expanding and protecting business across a specialized NICU and acute care portfolio.

Your focus:

  • Strengthen and grow existing hospital relationships
  • Expand product penetration across departments
  • Convert opportunities within accounts that already have a relationship

Call points include:

  • NICU, Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, PICU, PACU
  • Vascular Access teams
  • Supply Chain and Value Analysis Committees

You’ll report directly to the National Director of U.S. Sales, with minimal bureaucracy and direct access to decision-makers.


WHAT YOU’RE SELLING

A broad, consumables-driven medical portfolio designed for repeat usage:

  • NICU and neonatal consumables
  • PICC and midline insertion kits
  • Custom procedure trays and kits
  • Vascular access products
  • Select capital equipment (limited focus)
  • New product lines entering the market

Approximately 300 SKUs. Success comes from navigating complexity and driving adoption — not memorizing a catalog.


WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR

You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of hospital sales experience (device, supply, or distribution)
  • Understand how hospital purchasing and clinical decisions are made
  • Can manage a territory independently
  • Prefer autonomy and income control over structure

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • NICU or neonatal sales experience
  • Distribution background (multi-SKU exposure)
  • Familiarity with GPOs and IDNs
  • Experience with organizations like Owens & Minor, Cardinal Health, Medline, Concordance

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF YOU:
  • Require a base salary to operate
  • Prefer a structured, process-heavy environment
  • Do not have hospital sales experience

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • No base salary
  • Commission based on gross profit across all territory sales
  • $120,000–$200,000+ run-rate based on existing business
  • Immediate residual income from current accounts
  • Additional upside driven by growth

Covered:

  • Travel (hotels, meals)
  • Mileage
  • Vendor credentialing

Additional support includes clinical specialists, internal product teams, and marketing resources.
