International Real Estate Broker (Dubai | Base + High Commission)

Position Overview

Axe Recruiting is partnering with a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai to hire an International Real Estate Broker to join a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a high-income career in real estate, with a compensation model that combines a guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission—offering both stability and strong earning potential.

Dubai remains one of the most active real estate markets globally, providing brokers with access to a high volume of transactions, international investors, and significant upside for top performers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full real estate sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Generate business through both company-provided leads and self-sourced opportunities
• Negotiate transactions and manage deal execution
• Build long-term relationships and referral networks

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: AED 3,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience)
• Commission Split:
  • 50/50 on self-generated business
  • 40% to agent / 60% to company on company-generated leads
• Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential

Note: While many Dubai brokerages operate on 100% commission, this role provides a base salary alongside performance-based upside.

• Experience in Dubai real estate is an asset but not required

Relocation & Visa

• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai or able to relocate independently
• Visa sponsorship provided after 3 months, based on performance
