As we expand our reach and deepen our client partnerships, we’re hiring two Commission-Based Recruiters to join our fast-paced, performance-driven team.

The Role

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for individuals who thrive on competition, growth, and results. As a Commission-Based Recruiter with Axe Recruiting, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates for clients across sectors like:

• Healthcare & Behavioral Health (Psychiatrists, NPs, LCSWs, Clinical Leaders)

• Technology & AI (Developers, Data Scientists, CTOs, ML Engineers)

• Finance & Trading (Controllers, M&A Associates, Analysts, CFOs)

• Real Estate & Construction (Sales Advisors, Project Managers, Workshop Managers)

You’ll operate with autonomy, supported by Axe Recruiting’s brand credibility, digital infrastructure, and leadership mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing.

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and candidate assessments for open roles.

• Present and submit polished candidate profiles using Axe’s internal templates.

• Collaborate with leadership to match candidates to client mandates across regions.

• Drive placements and earn commissions with no earning ceiling.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or account management (1+ year preferred).

• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and closing ability.

• Self-motivation and discipline to work independently.

• Confidence working in a commission-based environment — driven by performance.

• Familiarity with CRMs or ATS systems (experience with Recruitee, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).
