Axe Recruiting is hiring on behalf of our client, a respected and expanding mental health services provider operating in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a high-impact opportunity for a licensed therapist clinician—LCSW or LPC—to work directly with individuals and families navigating complex mental health challenges. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in trauma-focused care, proficiency in EMDR therapy, and a bilingual Spanish-English skill set to serve diverse populations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling with a focus on trauma, PTSD, and emotional regulation

  • Deliver evidence-based therapies, with a strong preference for clinicians trained in EMDR

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in coordination with interdisciplinary team members

  • Engage in advocacy, care coordination, and referral services to ensure client stability and success

  • Maintain thorough, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with Texas state and federal regulations

  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to a supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement and patient outcomes


Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Mental Health discipline

  • Licensed Therapist with active Texas licensure as either:

    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or

    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

  • EMDR training/certification strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and complex case management

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) required or strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience, preferably in community-based or outpatient mental health settings

  • Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-focused model of care


Compensation & Benefits
  • Fixed base salary of $72,000 per year
