Carbon Removal Meets Real Engineering

We’re hiring for a U.S.-based client pushing the frontier of electrochemical carbon removal. They’ve already built the proof. Now it’s time to scale—and that’s where you come in.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Mechanical Design Engineer
Own mechanical design for electrochemical modules and all the things that make them run.
Develop 3D CADs, 2D drawings, and prototypes that are rugged, scalable, and field-ready.
Collaborate with process engineers, scientists, and people who genuinely know their stuff.
Run thermal, flow, and structural simulations—because duct tape and hope don’t scale.
Create BoMs, assembly docs, and vendor-ready drawings—then help bring them to life.
Iterate fast. Design smart. Build clean.
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of hands-on mechanical design engineer experience (bonus points for hardware startups or climate tech).
You live in SolidWorks and dream in exploded views.
You understand manufacturing constraints, GD&T, tolerances, and what “practical” means on the shop floor.
FEA/CFD isn’t a buzzword—you know how to run real-world simulations.
You’ve worked with fluid systems, thermal components, metal fabrication, or ideally all three.
Independent, accountable, curious—and not afraid to ask, “Why are we doing it this way?”
