Partner with leadership to foster a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and internal communications.

Collaborate with the executive assistant and leadership to streamline administrative tasks.

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $65,000 – $75,000, commensurate with experience.
Potential for higher compensation based on experience and expanded responsibilities.
Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and professional development.
