Position Overview
Axe Recruiting is partnering with a growing financial services organization to hire a Recruitment Specialist. This role will support hiring initiatives across trading, finance, operations, and corporate functions.
The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with leadership to identify, attract, and onboard top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process
- Source candidates across multiple functions
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews
- Coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines
- Manage job postings
Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify candidates through multiple channels
- Build talent pipelines
- Conduct proactive outreach
- Maintain candidate relationships
- Track recruiting metrics
Hiring Coordination
- Schedule interviews
- Coordinate feedback
- Support offer process
- Assist with onboarding coordination
- Maintain ATS records
Recruiting Strategy
- Partner with leadership on hiring needs
- Support workforce planning
- Improve recruiting processes
- Provide hiring insights
Qualifications
- 2–5 years recruiting experience
- Agency or in-house recruiting background
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience managing multiple roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services recruiting experience
- Trading firm experience
- Executive search exposure
- ATS experience
