Location: With a factory in Branson, Missouri, with frequent travel to client sites across the Southeast US. This role offers the flexibility of a remote office when not traveling. Ideally based in Atlanta, GA, or within proximity to major Southeast markets for convenient travel.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 USD per year (based on experience).

Axe Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing leader in the aerospace sector to find a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to drive market expansion in the Southeast US. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top aerospace companies in the Southeast region.
- Consultative Sales: Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions, positioning your company as a trusted partner in their business growth.
- New Business Development: Proactively prospect and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market share and establishing long-term client partnerships.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage a varied pipeline of both transactional and more complex, high-value sales, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
- Client Support Excellence: Provide exceptional post-sale support, acting as a trusted advisor and solving problems to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Example Workweek:
- Monday: Factory visit in Branson, Missouri, to coordinate with engineers on prototypes, product delivery, and customizations.
- Tuesday – Thursday: Travel to client sites in the Southeast region, typically via short 1-2 hour flights.
- Friday: Remote office work for follow-ups, administrative tasks, and paperwork.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-7 years of proven success in a consultative sales role, ideally within aerospace or a related field. A strong history of exceeding sales targets is essential.
- Travel: Daily travel to client sites across the region, with frequent returns to the factory in Branson, Missouri. Approximately 60-70% travel required.
- Territory: Southeast US, with a focus on major markets like Atlanta, GA.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and communicate technical product details effectively to diverse client audiences.
- Relationship Building Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to forge lasting relationships with clients at various levels.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, independent worker who thrives in a results-oriented environment and takes ownership of sales goals.
