Looking ahead, the consortium has set an ambitious target of positively impacting over 95 million individuals worldwide within the next decade. While the magnitude of this undertaking presents formidable challenges, member companies have outlined concrete initiatives to realize this vision:

  • Cisco pledges to train 25 million individuals in cybersecurity and digital skills by 2032.
  • IBM aims to skill 30 million individuals by 2030, with a focus on digital competencies, including 2 million in AI.
  • Intel endeavors to equip over 30 million individuals with AI skills for current and future employment opportunities by 2030.
  • Microsoft commits to training and certifying 10 million people from underserved communities in in-demand digital skills by 2025.
