About the Role
Axe Recruiting is hiring a Social Worker on behalf of our client, a respected mental health services provider. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and families facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in counseling, advocacy, and case management while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
- Develop personalized care plans based on clients’ mental health needs.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide comprehensive support.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and healthcare system.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with company and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or social work setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with diverse populations in need of mental health services.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
